A fixed-scope engagement for acquirers and investors. We map how the target is really built, rank what breaks first, and put a number on the exposure, so you walk into the deal knowing where the risk sits.

How we scope

Start free. We scope the work to what the evidence calls for, and never more than that.

The full assessment plus three to six months of advisory is the recommended engagement. But if the diagnostic shows the real constraint is narrower, just the leadership team, or just the operating structure, we scope to that and say so. The free front doors stay open either way.
